Pleasant View council narrows Christofferson Ranch road to 60‑foot right‑of‑way in 3–2 vote

Pleasant View City Council voted on Aug. 12, 2025, to amend the development agreement for the Christofferson Ranch subdivision to specify a 60‑foot roadway right‑of‑way rather than the 66‑foot width included in the city’s master roads standard.
