Resident urges Comal County to keep current towing policy, cites high after-hours fees

The resident presented several receipts as examples: one showed a storage/after-hours total of $1,088.19 and another listed an additional after-hours fee of $245. The resident told the court an after-hours towing fee of about $300 had been charged by an adjacent provider and said those higher fees were the reason to retain the current policy.
No action or vote followed public comment on this item during the meeting; the comment period concluded and the court moved on to other agenda items.
