The consent agenda — which included the Dec. 16, 2024 meeting minutes, one retirement, geotechnical and school-site survey agreements, and disbursements posted to Jan. 3, 2025 — was read aloud, moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
Near the end of the public session the board voted to adjourn into executive session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment and compensation matters. The presiding officer called the roll: Mr. Donaldson — yes; Mr. Swagger — yes; Miss Aragat — yes; Dr. Tamez — yes; Mr. Jenkins — absent; Ms. Lang — yes; Ms. Kruger — yes. The motion carried and the board entered executive session.
