Commissioners asked staff to prepare a decision item for the Nov. 18 meeting so the commission can review loan terms and any proposed resolution.
No formal loan or transfer was approved at the Nov. 4 meeting. Commissioners requested that staff prepare draft resolution language and schedule the matter for decision at the Nov. 18 meeting.
