Board presses Probation on staffing, programming, and moves for pregnant youth; directs regular reporting

Sheila Williams, chief deputy over administration for the Probation Department, presented six recruitment metrics including applicants, contingent offers, hires, time-to-hire, academy graduation rate and turnover.
