Hiram selects next-lowest bidder for Graysville sewer project after disqualification

“We have all the paperwork ready, permits, and everything with the county. Everything is ready. All we need to do is on the last piece of paper is put the name of the contractor that we're gonna use, give it to the county, and the county will give us the 100% go ahead,” Cliff, staff, said.
