District details Spanish immersion transition plans and parent information nights

Magus said the Myers-Wilkins transition committee will begin meeting the first week in March and the Myers-Wilkins leadership team met Jan. 29 to begin planning.
Magus emphasized the district’s language: “when I say expansion, expansion in some ways could connotate that we are increasing the number of classes, and that's not exactly what we're doing, but we're increasing the opportunities. We're giving access to other another school and families that have not necessarily had as much opportunity there.”
