The Ellis County Commission on Feb. 4 approved the 2025 services agreement with Development Services of Northwest Kansas (DSNWK). County Administrator Darren Myers told commissioners the agreement is unchanged from previous years and that the first half of payments had already been processed.
Myers said the agreement documents DSNWK—s program offerings and is required for DSNWK to report services to the state. The motion to approve the 2025 agreement passed by voice vote, 3-0.
No changes to funding or program scope were recorded during the meeting; commissioners did not request additional detail or conditions as part of the approval.
