Superintendent Eric Olsen summarized the gifts: a Central Minnesota Arts Board contribution of $722.20 for the Monticello Community Strings Project; Riverside Church purchased fifteen $100 Walmart gift cards to support families during the holiday season; the Monticello Lions Club donated $500 to the Monty Python robotics team; and St. Cloud Technical College provided $1,000 toward the robotics program. The board expressed gratitude to the donors.
Jeff Hegley moved to accept the gifts as outlined; Melissa Curtis seconded. The motion passed 6-0.
