Barbara Edwards, who identified herself as a 2 Creeks resident, told the board the number of homeless camps on wooded property between Arc Arc and the Blue Barn has increased and that the encampments have led to thefts from storage sheds, dog attacks, trespassing, threats, trash and fire risk. “We continue to make calls to law enforcement but get mixed messages,” she said. “Please help us.”
