Colleyville council approves replat with lot-width waiver for 605 Beverly Drive

The Colleyville City Council on Jan. 7 approved Resolution R-25-5003, which adopts a replat and grants a lot-width waiver for Lot 1, Block A, Alverson Addition (approx. 0.979 acres) at 605 Beverly Drive.
Ben Bridal, director of community development, said the property had been subdivided informally by mason bounds and that a formal replat is required before issuance of any new building permits. The property is zoned R40. Staff and the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval; council approved the resolution by a 7–0 vote.
The replat clears the title and lot configuration for future building activity under Colleyville’s subdivision regulations.
