Supporter Amanda Walensky, who said she lives at 802 North Broadway, Apt. 1, spoke in Bruning’s favor and described serving as a chaperone. Board members noted Bruning’s prior approvals and compliance issues and discussed his disabilities; they approved the address‑specific request and told him to bring paperwork for his probation officer before relocating.
