"We have a 25 new community members who are in the process of resettlement. The work has been frozen," said Robin Mencher, CEO of Jewish Family and Community Services East Bay, during the board's public comment period. "We want to be able to finish the job to make sure that everyone has a secure home, an employment pathway and access to health services," she said.
