Elkhart County Council approves slate of appropriations, transfers and three ordinances

Elkhart County Council on Feb. 2025 approved a series of additional appropriations, transfers and three ordinances covering grant funds, information-technology subscriptions, highway right-of-way purchases and other departmental needs.
