Jillian Ziegler, principal planner in the county housing section, said the linear pace to meet RHNA would be 446 units per year. Using the most recent annual progress report totals, she listed units permitted to date: 46 single'family homes, 77 multi'unit residences and 103 accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
