IAFF Local 2487 reports $60,000 fundraising, launches toy drive and announces president's retirement

Klaus expressed appreciation for collaboration with Chief Edwards and district staff on fiscal and operational issues. He added that he will not seek re‑election and plans to retire in the second quarter of next year, saying it had been “a pleasure” and “a privilege” to serve.
