Board signs off on multiple development acceptances, bond releases and small contracts; ratifies Main Street change order

Eric Carter asked the board to release two maintenance guarantees for a Speedway fuel center at the southwest corner of East Main Street and Grama Road after staff inspections confirmed work was in satisfactory condition; the board approved the release.
Lisonbee Goldberg of Pulte Homes of Indiana requested acceptance of improvements, acceptance of maintenance guarantees and release of performance guarantees for several sections of Pulte’s subdivisions (Section 1A, Section 1 and Section 3). The board voted to accept the improvements and release the guarantees as presented.
The board approved acceptance of improvements and release of performance guarantees for Scottsdale Estates Section 3 and authorized the mayor or deputy mayor to sign operations and maintenance agreements for commercial projects (Audi golf court addition and a Subway site) related to water-quality facilities.
Engineering staff asked the board to ratify change order 776505, which replaced seeding and erosion-control blanket with sod to stabilize an area on Main Street; the board ratified the change order and approved the net increase noted in the minutes. The board also approved two smaller contracts and a remediation contract for Fire Station 93 with EcoLogic LLC for $15,164.95.
All actions were approved by voice vote with no recorded dissent in the meeting transcript.
