After a closed session on Sept. 17 to discuss real property, personnel and potential litigation, the Enoch City Council approved two actions when it returned to open session.
Council Member David Harris moved that staff explore financing options for the first issue discussed in closed session and that, regarding the second issue, staff proceed with a negotiated purchase of road property. Harris said the approved purchase was "a half-acre for $30,000 with partial credit for the building permit and we will get the ingress egress for the bluebird well. We pay the remainder in cash." Council Member Katherine Ross seconded the motion and all voted in favor.
Council minutes record the action as direction to explore financing and authorization to complete the property transaction under the terms stated.
