Enoch Council approves amendment to water-usage agreement with Pace Revocable Trust

The Enoch City Council on Sept. 17 approved Resolution No. 2025-09-17-C, amending a water-usage agreement between Enoch City and the John G. & Catherine C. Pace Revocable Trust.
City Manager Robert Dotson said council had previously agreed to modify the agreement to "25% per 1,000 gallons." He also said the property owners asked to change the termination notice to 90 days instead of 30 days. Mayor Geoffrey Chesnut noted that "it's more likely that we will terminate before they do," and the council discussed the termination provision in that context.
Council Member David Harris moved to approve the amendment; Council Member Shawn Stoor seconded. The roll-call vote was unanimous.
