After a motion, second and voice vote, council appointed Sheeran to the Planning Commission.
Landmarks & Design Commission: Staff recommended reappointments for Fred Redmond (former chair) and Marty Blackson (former vice chair) and a new appointment, Scott Carlson, a local property owner with construction and historic‑property experience. The council voted to reappoint Redmond and Blackson and to appoint Carlson to the Landmarks & Design Commission.
