The council also adopted an ordinance amending Chapter 190‑9 to add multi‑way stop control at the intersection of Seventh Street and Garden Street. Both measures passed on voice/roll‑call votes.
The council approved changes to loading‑zone hours on Washington Street and moved forward an ordinance to switch mobile rental pool vendors and taxi cab renewals to a rolling approval process instead of fixed calendar renewal dates. Another ordinance was introduced to remove a reserved disabled parking space on Willow Avenue and add a reserved space on Bloomfield Street. Several items (notably CD5 and two others) were carried to the planning board or otherwise continued for future review.
