Delaware County awards low bids for former Delaware School roof and floor; clerk to verify licensing

On the floor replacement, the same bidders submitted proposals and the board accepted Absolute Royalty Roofing & Construction's low bid of $35,000. Commissioners agreed the county's account balances — as reviewed in the meeting — allowed the county to proceed with both projects. The board recorded all roll calls as yes (Poindexter, Callihan, Beck).
