Board members noted they could not act on public comment at that moment and advised the students to submit details to administration for inclusion on a future board agenda. Administration noted straightforward fundraisers can be approved administratively or placed on the board agenda if complex, but facility use by outside community teams will require insurance and additional review.
The administration committed to working with the students and confirmed an item could be added to the board agenda on March 18 if logistics and required documentation are provided in time.
