Bob Perkins of Ada County Procurement presented a recommendation letter dated 11/04/2025 that stated, "after reviewing the bids submitted, it is the recommendation of the evaluation group to award the contract for bid 26003 to Triple G Construction Incorporated as the lowest responsive bidder in the amount of $230,884.00." The board moved to accept the evaluation committee's recommendation and voted to award the contract.

The award follows the procurement evaluation process and is recorded on the county's bid files as bid number 26003. The board did not discuss additional conditions or alternate bidders during the public motion to accept the recommendation.
