Administrator Scott Shull informed the council that the façade fund has enough remaining money to cover this request but indicated that other applicants may need to wait until the new fiscal year beginning May 1. City Clerk Jan Hall said she had informed the city attorney about a recommended change to the allowable time to complete a project (suggested six months) and would remind him again.
