Nightlife Task Force Motions Referred for Interdepartmental Review; Meeting Rescheduled for July 24

Steven Anthony, the city's economic development director, and Melissa Bretier, director of marketing communications, said departments are integrating committee feedback into marketing campaigns and preparing for interdepartmental discussions. The committee noted a canceled June meeting meant some items have awaited cross-departmental review. A July 24 meeting was scheduled to bring planning, building, transportation, public works and police together to discuss implementation and next steps.
Police and marketing staff told the committee they are prepared to continue discussions and to provide updates after the July 24 meeting.
