Jack Slager of Schilling Development updated the Plan Commission on Preserve West Phase 2 (2025-15) at the July 2 study session. Slager said the project includes infrastructure improvements for 57 single-family lots and described the lot configuration.

Slager said the lots are "all 9,100 foot wide lots" in the transcript and that the section lies west of the creek and north of the existing Preserve West section. He said reviews between the applicant and town staff had proceeded and that the plat is in good shape for eventual finalization.

Town staff reminded the applicant that, as with a prior final plat, the town would accept either a letter of credit or a bond for outstanding improvements and that staff would hold the mylars until the letter-of-credit amount is computed. Staff and the applicant said the development fee had been delivered to the clerk's office.

No formal action was taken; the applicant and staff expect to return when the letter of credit or bond and related documentation are ready for signature.
