Approvals include ratification of the same roof shingles at 305 Poet Street; a Weatherwood Moray architectural shingle replacement for a windstorm‑damaged roof at 210 Jefferson Street (Dennis Bryant); and a proposed replacement/matching shingle application for the front of 550 Front Street (applicant to file a separate application for in‑house approval).
The commission also approved a color change and porch ceiling paint at 122 Pine Street as presented; the applicant said the house will remain primarily white with a denim‑blue front door and tricorn‑black shutters and Moray‑black architectural shingles. Mike and Kim Warhol received approval for a new hanging sign and a paint change (Templeton Gray) at 558 Front Street, and commissioners approved an application from Evans Family LLC at 501 Williams to replace single‑pane aluminum windows with energy‑efficient windows that mimic the original pane divisions.
Most items were approved by voice vote after brief presentations; the commission directed applicants to file any required materials with the office and to return with details such as front‑door color or awning plans when necessary. Several approvals were noted as administrative or eligible for in‑house approval if applicants submit matching materials.
