Commissioners approve five commission orders, including ClearGov trial subscription

Franklin County commissioners approved five commission orders by voice vote, including a five-month, prorated subscription to ClearGov's digital budget book for the county auditor's office.

The actions approved were: commission order 2025-175 (maintenance support agreement with IDEMIA Identity and Security USA LLC); 2025-176 (parking-lot improvements at the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, via McConnell Associates); 2025-177 (renewal of contracts for equipment specialists who commission and decommission emergency vehicles); 2025-178 (ratification of the procurement of a Kawasaki Vintrac tractor and trailer from Harwood Equipment to secure a $3,000 rebate); and 2025-179 (a prorated ClearGov subscription for the auditor's digital budget book).
