Fishers Plat Committee approves Kenwood Subdivision primary plat with conditions

Christie Cashier, planner with Fishers Community and Economic Development, told the committee the subject site is 6.49 acres and currently contains two parcels; the proposal would subdivide the property into nine lots. "This is PP 2513 as a primary plat for the Kenwood subdivision," Cashier said during her presentation.
The committee’s approval carries two conditions: that all staff technical comments be addressed and that pedestrian improvements be shown on the subdivision improvement permit. The motion to approve was made and seconded and passed by voice vote.
