Prince George approves special exception allowing retail firearm sales from residence with conditions; one abstention, one 'no'

Planning staff presented Special Exception SC25‑0002 for the retail sale of firearms from an attached garage at 8089 Hines Road. The application, submitted by property owner Daniel Mills, would permit Federal Firearm License transfers to occur indoors, estimate roughly ten transfers per week and use the existing driveway for customer parking.
