Council feedback and next steps: Council members asked staff to circulate the redlines as a PDF (some said the iPad version did not show redlines) and flagged the next batch of edits —including alcohol-licensing language— as likely to require more council attention. No ordinance was adopted; staff will return with further title-by-title revisions and will bring alcohol license updates to a future meeting.
