Applicant Jay Munoz addressed council, stating his intent is to subdivide the lot into two single‑family lots with roughly 37.5 feet of frontage each and build two homes of approximately 1,200 square feet. “The intent is to build 2 small single family homes approximately 1,200 square feet each,” Munoz said.
Council members asked procedural and service questions about sewer and sanitation access for nearby properties and discussed the area’s mixed annexation history. Council received the first reading; the planning commission will make a recommendation at its next public hearing.
