The annual renewal covers software licensing (about $11,000) and time-and-materials service work for troubleshooting and optimization. The on‑call engineering task order (not to exceed approximately $14,080) covers process support when operators encounter biological or operational upsets.
Councilors said they want more regular operational data and asked staff to produce monthly reports that could show electricity usage, sludge handling, and other cost drivers to inform budget planning. Woodard & Curran agreed to work with the operator to create reporting formats. Both contracts were approved by motion.
