• Settlement in Flagstaff Properties I LLC v. Coconino County (TX2023-00218): The board approved a settlement in an active tax valuation appeal, agreeing as part of the settlement to a $115,000,000 full cash value for the property. The motion was moved and seconded and approved by voice vote.
