"Transportation currently is 96% complete," project manager Troy Spear said, listing finished items including a perimeter fence, asphalt driveway and a new bus storage bay. He added that the contractor’s outstanding items are largely cosmetic: paint touch‑ups, cleanup and a single parking‑lot light that will be replaced.
