3) Townhouse acoustics and architectural assessments (contracts): Motion to authorize preliminary contracts for an acoustical engineering study (not to exceed $4,900) and an architectural evaluation (not to exceed $3,600), contingent on the inclusion of not‑to‑exceed language and counsel review. Motion made and seconded; voice vote recorded with two members in favor and one abstention. Staff to obtain final contract terms and return for signature.
4) Payroll and payables manifest: Board reviewed payroll manifest and a set of bills (including a Moose Mountain construction invoice) and approved the manifest by voice vote.
The board also set follow‑up tasks including counsel review of contracts and preparation of warrant language related to state land‑use requirements for future meetings.
