Jack D. Ellis (3732 S. 82nd E. Ave): Mr. Ellis seeks to install and maintain a decorative cobblestone-style driveway within the street right of way; staff said he understands the city will not assume responsibility for restoring the decorative surface if the city excavates the area in the future and that no objections were raised.
Huber Family Trust (1624 S. Owasso Ave): Staff said the owners sought to document an existing cabana and fireplace within the right of way; they previously appeared before the Board of Adjustment and staff located no objections from utilities and will create a formal license agreement and file it with the property records.
Robert K. Cortez Revocable Trust (2675 S. Birmingham Place): Staff said the property has an installed cobblestone driveway and that the license agreement will document the arrangement and place responsibility for restoration with the property owner if the city needs to excavate.
Staff recommended approval and scheduled the items for City Council consideration on Oct. 15.
