Fort Stockton ISD board upholds Level 2 decision in Cordova grievance after executive session

The board entered closed session at 8:07 p.m., reconvened to the public at 8:45 p.m., re-entered executive session and returned to open session at 9:00 p.m.
After returning to open session trustees voted unanimously, on a motion by Anastacio Dominguez seconded by Jennifer Gonzales, to uphold the Level 2 decision in the Cordova grievance. The minutes record the closed-session authority as the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code (Subchapters D and E).
