Board approves seasonal on‑premise liquor license for Bagel Bar at 44 Straight Wharf

The board held a public hearing on a new seasonal general on‑premise wine and malt license for Ozwack Associates LLC d/b/a Bagel Bar at 44 Straight Wharf. Amy, licensing staff, said the location previously had off‑premise applications but not an on‑premise license and explained the license type: because there are about 18 seats and no on‑site bathrooms the appropriate classification is a general on‑premise license rather than a restaurant license.
