The commission directed staff to notify the city and county governing bodies of the changes.

• Bond estimate for Rolling Hills Lane access: Commission approved a bond estimate to guarantee construction of a 400-by-22-foot paved access (subtotal $81,430) and accepted staff’s recommended 10% contingency, bringing the bond to $89,573.
