An applicant representative confirmed planning and zoning comments had been received and said outstanding transportation, planning and public services comments would be uploaded and resubmitted by the end of the day. City Engineer Vladimir Simonovsky and other DRC members had no additional technical issues at that time.
Community Development staff told the committee that a state statute recently signed by the governor will allow certain planning approvals to be handled administratively by the city manager or a designee instead of being taken to planning commission or city council; staff said a city resolution will be crafted to delegate that authority.
No formal votes were taken. Staff directed the applicant to resolve outstanding transportation and public‑services comments and to upload revised plans and supporting documents.
