City to buy irrigation pipe materials for Iron West; low bid $92,683

Stathis said the low bidder for the materials was Southwest Plumbing Supply at $92,683. He added the project currently has $590,000 budgeted for the Iron West Irrigation Pond and Pump Station Project and that the materials purchase is separate from installation costs.
Council discussed which budget line would fund the materials; staff said the $590,000 is city-funded and not coming from restricted impact fees or RAP tax. The council indicated the purchase would be placed on the consent agenda for formal approval at a subsequent meeting.
