Sean Mitchell, reporting on wastewater operations, said crews serviced primary clarifiers, replaced rubber scrapers, and installed two 2,000‑gallon tanks; some delivered components were missing and are being tracked by the supplier. Mitchell said bench tests for alum and PAC (polyaluminum chloride) began and that Goose Creek averaged about 764,000 gallons per day while Taylor Run averaged about 791,000 gallons per day during the period discussed.
The committee approved the June 2025 meeting minutes during the session and discussed next steps for procurement and grant closeouts related to capital projects.
