Staff says 611 East Neale revised final plans are under administrative review
Summary
A resident asked about latest changes to 611 East Neale Street. Staff said council had previously approved final plans and the current submission is an administrative conformity review against that resolution; applicants cannot alter approved driveway locations without returning to council.

During public comment, resident Daryl Cook asked about review letter number 3 for 611 East Neale Street and whether driveway changes had been made. Kelly Goff, consulting engineer with RVE, explained the borough approved final plans in May 2024 and the applicant subsequently submitted revised final plans for administrative review to confirm conformance with the approved resolution.
Goff said the borough’s administrative review entails checking the submitted plan set against the final plan resolution; items not matching the approved plan (for example, a different driveway entrance) would not be accepted without further council action. “It has to be what it what they submitted and got approved by council last year,” Goff said. If the administrative review finds the plan set conforms, the engineer signs the plans and the applicant may record them.
The matter remains an administrative review; staff did not indicate any new approvals or changes to the approved plan during the meeting.
