Council voted to create the Post Oak Development PID and adopt the findings of fact. The resolution establishes district boundaries (by metes and bounds, included in the staff packet) and authorizes assessments to fund improvements; staff advised the city will not be legally obligated to pay assessment debt from the city's general fund. The motion to adopt the resolution was moved by Jonathan and seconded by Reuben; council approved the resolution by voice vote.
