"They would like to withdraw their bid, and they submitted this email indicating so," procurement staff said.
With the withdrawal accepted, procurement recommended awarding the contract to Wright Brothers Building Company LLC as the lowest responsive bidder. A commissioner moved to award bid 25023 to Wright Brothers Building Company, Inc. in the amount of $174,130; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
The board recorded no further conditions or amendments to the award at the time of the motion. The chair was authorized to sign the contract documents on behalf of the board.
The bid and withdrawal were discussed during the procurement portion of the meeting and resolved on the dais.
