The Groundwater Sustainability Agency board authorized an amendment to Madera County contract 11686‑FD‑24 with David's Engineering for professional services associated with grant‑funded groundwater recharge projects. The amendment is not to exceed $975,270.50 and will be reimbursed by grant funds.

She said the projects are staggered and expected to complete in late 2026 and into 2027.
