Tulsa County commissioners approve consent agenda, appoint DA procurement officer; juvenile detention update accepted

The Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners approved a broad group of routine items and personnel actions during its Oct. 20, 2025 meeting, including the appointment of Joy Clark as procurement officer for the District Attorney—s office and acceptance of the juvenile detention home report for Oct. 8—15, 2025.

Most items were handled on the consent agenda and were approved unanimously. The board approved the minutes of the Oct. 13, 2025 meeting and accepted multiple elected-official reports.
