The Kent County Board of Commissioners approved its consent agenda and a set of resolutions during the Nov. 6 meeting.

Consent agenda: Commissioner Morales moved approval of the consent agenda (including Oct. 23, 2025 minutes); Commissioner Womack supported the motion. The clerk recorded a roll call of 21 yays and 0 nays; the consent agenda was adopted.

Resolution 89: Minority Vice Chair MacLeod moved adoption of a City of Wyoming Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) agreement (listed as Resolution 89). The motion was supported and passed by voice vote; the chair declared the resolution adopted.

Resolution 90: Commissioner Oliver King moved Resolution 90 adopting KCCA fiscal year 2026 DOT‑assist transportation; the motion was supported and passed by voice vote.

Resolution 91: (See separate article.) The board adopted a strategic capital CIP transfer to the facility replacement and renovation project for demolition and confirmed assignment of the project to the building authority by roll call (21–0).

Resolution 92 and Resolution 93: The board accepted fiscal year 2023 state and local cybersecurity grants (Resolutions 92 and 93). Resolutions were moved, supported and adopted by voice vote.
